Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote & Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders as displayed during checkout.

  • A shipping fee may apply for orders below the free shipping threshold or for certain remote locations. Any applicable charges will be shown before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS/WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery across India.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Veldora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if possible.

  • Take clear photos of the package.

  • Contact our customer support within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or courier network issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
